从一步步的假设猜想，到凭借结构化、针对性的方法发现更有效的新疗法，新药研发如今已取得长足的进步。尽管成绩斐然，但对各个领域的科学家来说，解决药物之谜仍然是严峻的挑战。为成功地将科学成果转化为新型的创新产品，必须确保科学与工业之间蓬勃发展的跨学科合作。瑞士创新园为企业研发团队提供了这样的平台，让他们可以与世界一流大学的顶尖科学家携手合作，其中包括声名赫赫的苏黎世瑞士联邦理工学院和洛桑联邦理工学院。此外，藉此平台，各公司还有机会直接接触瑞士一流的研发力量。

在小组讨论前，我们将邀请来自生物制药和生物技术部门的两位瑞士专家，Christoph Hock教授和Michael Hennig教授，分享宝贵见解，并介绍他们目前在新药研发上的项目。本次大会是一次不容错过的难得机会，不仅可以遇到志趣相投的企业高管代表，还能与制药业的专家畅谈新思路。

Dear Members and Friends of SwissCham,

Drug discovery has come a long way from guess work to a structural and targeted approach to finding new and better remedies. And yet, despite all the progress that has been made, it remains a challenge for scientists from various fields to solve the riddle of a drug. In order to successfully transform scientific efforts into a new innovative product, interdisciplinary collaborations between science and industry must flourish. SWITZERLAND INNOVATION provides such a platform for corporate research and development teams to collaborate with leading scientists of world-leading universities, among them the prestigious Swiss federal institutes of technology ETH Zurich and EPFL. It furthermore gives companies the opportunity to directly access first-class R&D capacities in Switzerland.

Out of the aforementioned reasons and to further enhance Sino-Swiss bilateral ties in innovation, SWITZERLAND INNOVATION has the pleasure to invite you to the

“Drug Discovery – Made in Switzerland” Event on Tuesday, 5th of December 2017 from 14.00 – 18.00 at the Novartis Campus in Shanghai.

Followed by a panel discussion, two Swiss experts from the biopharmaceutical as well as biotechnological sector, Prof. Christoph Hock and Prof. Michael Hennig, are invited to share their insights and to present their current projects in drug discovery. The event is a unique opportunity to meet like-minded c-level representatives and to exchange new ideas with experts from the pharma industry.
