Yunnan Cultural Week will open from August 27 to September 6 at the Palace of Nations in Geneva, Switzerland. The week is jointly held by the information office of the State Council, the Yunnan Provincial People’s Government, the Permanent Mission of the People’s Republic of China to the United Nations Office at Geneva, other international organizations in Switzerland, and the United Nations in Geneva. A number of interesting activities are going to be presented, such as an opening ceremony, a Chinese welcoming reception, a book donation event, a photo exhibition of beautiful landscapes in Yunnan, a Yunnan intangible cultural heritage show, a Chinese film screening, and a food party in the UNDSR Dining Hall.
