Art work from Swiss artist Katja Schenker and One Group Show, an exhibition by Holland art group Wassink Lundgren, will be exhibited from August 24 to November 24 at Suzhou Jinji Lake Art Museum in Suzhou, Jiangsu province. At the opening ceremony on August 24, Katja Schenker is expected to present her performance art for an hour. Artists of the exhibition will host public lectures for free in the museum’s C hall at 10 am on August 25. Art lovers can get tickets at art workshops or museum receptions. This is the first time that a female foreign artist’s work has been displayed in the museum. A total of 12 groups of work, including photos and paintings, will be on display. The One Group Show is the first time an exhibition of a Holland photographer’s work will be held in the museum. The exhibitions are part of the 2013 Suzhou Jinji Lake Art Festival.
