According to a press release by the Shanghai municipal authorities, from July 27, passengers entering Shanghai from overseas that have a place of residence in the city, and meet the conditions of home quarantine (one household, one quarantine subject or family, or the co-residents promise to stay quarantined together), can now choose to undergo a seven-day centralised quarantine and another seven days of home quarantine instead of a 14-day centralised quarantine.
