Legal Committee
The Legal Committee brings together legal experts to help member companies to better comprehend the Chinese legal systems in order to avert legal risks. The committee gathers law firms and in-house lawyers and dedicated itself to address legal issues faced by both MNCs and SMEs doing business in China. This includes data security, investment laws, joint ventures, force majeure, tax laws, as well as best practices to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance.
The committee organizes closed-door roundtables, open events and webinars throughout the year.
