课程背景:

《场景化教学：管理技能提升及模式升级》课程，紧贴当下时代特征，针对企业管理中的痛点难点，运用第三代培训技术设计，将企业管理中出现的共性问题萃取成场景案例，培训过程中，将学员置身于设定好的部门管理的情景中；以模拟训练的方式激发学员的学习兴趣和投入感；以讲师拆解提供知识点；并将所学方法学员套入学员的实际问题解决，让学习达到结合实际、真实可信、愉悦投入、方法落地的最佳效果。

Course Background:

The world is always changing but the truth remains the same: We put forward the concept that we will focus on talents and serving talents. We believe that the level of enterprise development is determined by enterprise talents. As a manager of the company, it is necessary to improve management literacy continuously and master the ability to communicate with different people in different situations, to maximize the value of the team.

This course Scenario-based Teaching: Management Capabilities Improvement and Lifting Scheme, which closely follows the characteristics of the current era, points out the difficulties in enterprise management and uses the third generation of training technical design to extract common problems in enterprise management into scenario cases. In such a training process, students will be in a set department management scenario. We use this method to arouse trainees’ interest and stimulate trainees’ sense of involvement. Our lecturer will refine the knowledge points and combine the learned methods with practical problems to achieve effective learning.

王老师具有丰富的团队领导实战经验，曾任百胜餐饮集团、东方雨虹、互联网金融企业等大型外资、上市企业从事管理工作。在百胜餐饮集团任职期间，属第一批DC管理培训执行实践者。曾参与管理培训生培训体系优化项目、“模拟训练”项目、“为客疯狂”项目等落地实施。以效能为先思维结合培训与训练催化，从而达成落地与产能突破。

Ⅱ. Expert qualifications

Ms. Wang has 15 years of enterprise management experience and 10 years of experience in management training and consulting. She has worked for many state-owned enterprises, central enterprises, and banks. She served as a consultant and lecturer for domestic professional consulting companies.

She is a visiting professor in many well-known universities, a special lecturer at Huawei University and Foxconn University, and an appointed tutor in China Mobile Group, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, etc.

Ms. Wang has rich practical experience in team leadership. She once worked as a manager in large companies such as Yum! Brands, Dongfang Yuhong, and Internet Finance Enterprises. During her tenure at Yum! Brands, she was one of the first practitioners of DC management training. She has participated in the implementation of management training system projects, “simulation training” projects, and “crazy for customers” projects. These projects take efficiency in the first place and combine with training, to make achievements and productivity breakthroughs.
