Under the epidemic and the Sino-US trade war, the Chinese economy is facing much downward pressure. Many companies have begun hiring freeze, reorganize organizations, and establish high-performance organizations to optimize internal personnel. Strict performance management was put on the agenda. Then through the big data analysis of real case retrieval, in the labor dispute of performance management, the company’s losing rate is as high as 90%, which is enough to prove the difficulty of performance management in practice.

However, employee performance directly affects corporate efficiency and operating costs, and there are many failures in performance management, which not only greatly damage the relationship of trust between employees and supervisors, but also easily lead to labor disputes.
