The IPWS Leadership Summit will also feature the 2018 Women Leadership Awards, China’s longest-running international award recognizing women. Throughout the event, we’ll honor and celebrate the winners of this year’s Women Leadership Awards, and naturally end our inspiring day with an exquisite After Party. The Summit will be held at the stunning, brand new Bellagio Shanghai.

About the Theme:

The 2018 edition of the IPWS Leadership Summit will further explore the changing the nature of leadership and be centered around the theme of “Leading with Confidence: A Roadmap to Success”. Speakers include Roseann Lake, author of Leftover in China: The Women Shaping the World’s Next Superpower, Monica Menghini, Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer at Dassault Systems, and many more.

Recognizing how foundational Confidence is to the personal and professional growth of women, this year’s Summit curated content aims at building awareness and providing ideas and solutions so that women leave the Summit with practical tools that remind and activate Confidence within themselves and shared with others.

Through an innovative agenda, the Summit will explore the topic with engaging speakers, interactive workshops, and more. This highly-anticipated event is expected to draw more than 300 attendees and will close with a fabulous after-party, and opportunities for networking.
