On’s Head of Direct-to-Consumer (DtC) China, based in Shanghai, will shape and define how the fastest growing running brand in the world develops its retail and digital presence in China.

Your Mission:
– Shape On’s strategy for retail stores, retail expansion, and cross-channel solutions that span physical and digital retail
– Continuously embody and communicate On’s values and brand philosophy to store advisors and customers
– Act as a real leader to build up a retail team and develop individual / team competency
– Be fully responsible for retail business in China including business planning and execution to increase profitability, productivity, and efficiency
– Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understand forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitor what local competitors are doing
– Support the Chinese e-commerce team to build new channels and acquire new customers
– Develop an omni-channel strategy for On in China, including social and digital channels that connect to our retail stores

Your Story:
– Bachelor’s Degree; the combination of experience and education will be considered
– An entrepreneurial spirit who expects the unexpected and takes calculated risks to deliver results
– A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
– An out-of-the-box thinker and resourceful problem-solver when faced with challenges
– Strong performer in previous roles
– Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
– Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
