The Regional Board of Directors (BOD) is in charge of supervising the management and of the representation of SwissCham South China. It currently comprises eight Directors of the Board including the president.
The Directors of the Board are elected at the Regional Annual General Assembly (RAGA) for one year. The President is elected by the RAGA. The others functions are elected within the BOD.
