Workshop: How to leverage professionals and business partners in China?

September 24, 2019 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Dear Members and Friends of SwissCham,

Europe is not China, and China is not Europe. Things work differently. Management style, decision making process, definition and valuation of quality and functionality, valuation of know-how and protection of it, etc.

Market conditions and market requirements may change quickly in China, and require a high degree of flexibility for all players in this market. Interim Management has proven to be an excellent way for companies to react and to adapt to such change processes quickly and effectively.

The Swiss company BRAINFORCE, established in 1979 is the Pioneer for today’s multi-billion EUR Interim Management industry in the German speaking part of Europe and still one of its leading players. It is the market leader of interim management services in China. Its Group CEO will share with the Audience some examples of effective applications of interim management in China in a dynamic business environment.

Topics to be discussed:

  • Effective applications of Interim management in a changing business environment in Europe and China?
  • Talent strategy and positioning of foreign-investment enterprises in China?
  • Legal issues that Chinese and European enterprises need to pay attention to when doing cross border business between China and Europe, like intellectual property rights and so on.
  • Cross border business partnership

Best Regards,

Your SwissCham Team
