Join us for a short training session to kick-start your China market sales strategy.

The training session, led by Claudio Grillenzoni, will outline traditional CRM/E-CRM concepts and delve into how new technologies and business intelligence can advance your China sales strategy. This will include also a discussion of the ‘mass-customisation phenomenon’ from a retail point of view.

Claudio will also discuss managing cross-cultural negotiations, with a special focus on how to sell in China as a foreigner, demonstrated by relevant case studies for the Chinese market. He will also share the latest insights about the Chinese consumer – including the new trends and tastes that are shaping the China consumer market.

About the Speaker：

Claudio Grillenzoni

Claudio Grillenzoni is an executive, adviser and educator with 20 years of experience in the domain of global enterprise. He is currently Group Retail Director of luxury outlets Florentia Village (present in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Canton and Wuhan). Before he has been working for international groups in different sectors such as Ermenegildo Zegna, Shanghai Expo, Arnoldo Mondadori, Rizzoli Corriere della Sera, Del Monte.

Claudio Grillenzoni holds EMBA degrees at Hult Business School (Shanghai. China), B.A. degrees in marketing at Bologna (Italy) and Ruhr Universitaet Bochum (Germany), and he’s a chartered professional journalist and divulgator.
