Improvement projects focus on the sustainable reduction of lead times and aim at achieving process stability. Eliminating waste is the key objective. Applying the approach of value stream mapping is one of the most powerful tools to systematically analyse and, hence, identify the various types of waste. Continuing from a detailed value stream map, the value stream is to be designed in such a way that waste is reduced to a minimum. Although value stream mapping and value stream design are well-known methodologies, they are rarely applied in an effective manner. This training will provide you with valuable input as to how value stream mapping and design can be used to visualize, analyse and optimize your processes in line with the lean idea.

About the Trainer 关于培训师

Mr. LU Feng 陆枫

At the beginning of his professional career, Mr. Lu worked for a Japanese company to set up new plant in China. He later was promoted to Planning Manager, Lean Champion and Assistant of GM. Since 2011, he became to a chief Lean consultant for Japan Management Association Consulting in China. He implemented the principles and tools of the Toyota Production Systems in Shanghai Volkswagen’s tier first subsidiary. He coached over 10 GMs/Directors of Shanghai General Motors at a Growth Leader Development Program in 2014. His core competences are Lean leadership, VSM, JIT, TPM and 5S, etc. In addition to the consulting projects, Fern LU is a trainer and coach within the Staufen Academy and responsible for the training of managers and Lean experts.In 2016 Mr. Lu joined Staufen as Project Manager.

作为精益管理部门的项目经理，陆枫先生作为项目领导负责独立实施咨询项目，特别以汽车行业为中心，指导并推广精益的思想到客户单位的团队以及管理层中。他在职业阶梯初期，曾为一家位于日本的厂商负责中国新工厂的筹建。其后他成为该中国工厂的生产管理经理，精益倡导者以及总经理助理。从2011年开始，他成为日本能率协会咨询公司中国公司的主任咨询师。他将精益的原则和工具导入到了上海大众的某1级供应商。2014年他在上海通用的未来领导者发展项目中对于其10名总经理/总监级别的管理人员进行了领导力训练。2016年加入诗道芬上海后，陆枫先生负责若干个与精益发展和实施相关的关键项目。他擅长于精益领导力发展，VSM，JIT，TPM，以及5S等领域。除了咨询项目，陆枫先生也是诗道芬学院的讲师和教练，负责对管理者和精益专家的培训。
