During her work at Cummins Filtration China and Michelin Passenger Tire Company, Ms. Lu has gained rich Industrial Engineering experience in different industries including Electronic, Automotive and Food. She has deep knowledge of Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, Production Line Layout and Manufacturing Productivity Improvement.
At Staufen Shanghai Ms. Lu has been working on many projects related to Factory Planning, Inventory Management and Lean Administration.
