This course is led by Terese Bareth (ICF Certified Coach, PCC) in both English and German. Systemic Coaching is successfully applied in all fields ranging from business (management, leadership, etc.) to private life issues, therapy, consultancy, self-development, education, health and social care and many more. KeQing Systemic Coaching Course® CORE brings Systemic Coaching to China. We offer comprehensive knowledge on the subject and we deliver our Course in Chinese, English and German.

KeQing Systemic Coaching® Course CORE strictly follows the ICF competencies and ethics and gives you enough ICF approved coach training hours (125h) to apply for the worldwide recognised ICF credentials.Certified graduates of KeQing Systemic Coaching ® Course CORE may apply for an ACC or PCC credential using the ACTP graduate application.

On completion of the KeQing Systemic Coaching ® Course CORE you can practise coaching or continue education anywhere in the world.

Timeline: 12 days (4 Module a 3 days)
Module 1: Building Foundation (3 day face-to-face).
– The history of Coaching and challenges of Coaching in China
– Specifics of Systemic Coaching approach and other Coaching models and service professions
– The specifics of communication with the Client
– The phases of process of Systemic Coaching
– The first Coaching Session with a Client
– Core Ethics of a professional Coach

Module 2: Developing Skills (3 day face-to-face).  
– The follow up Coaching Session with a Client
– Exploring Client’s resources
– Guiding Client to solutions
– Solution oriented attitude of the Coach
– Introduction to Systemic Coaching tools and techniques
– Coaching agreement
– Core Competencies according to ICF

Module 3: Coaching Style (3 day face-to-face). 
– Exploring solution oriented methods and systemic conversation
– Application and design of “Experiments”
– What makes a good Coach?
– Dealing with difficult situations
– Exploring tools and techniques

Module 4: Real life Coaching (3 day face-to-face). 
– Putting the knowledge into practice, application of acquired skills
– First Coaching sessions with real Clients (Examination on real Coaching session)
– Reflection and feedback regarding own learning progress

A disciple of Prof Fritz B. Simon and Dr Gunthard Weber, Terese Bareth specialises in systemic approach in her coaching services and education and in organisation development projects. She is also educated in Solution Focused Approach by Peter Szabo in Basel and Zurich. Successful company owner and passionate coach and trainer, Terese’s mission is to popularise systemic coaching in China.
