SWISSCHAM OPEN Golf Tournament 2017

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen
We are pleased to inform you that the SwissCham Hong Kong and SwissCham Guangzhou is organizing the 4th SwissCham Open 2017 in Dongguan.
This event is a perfect opportunity for people from Hong Kong and Guangdong province to exchange minds and ideas, a platform for networking, even an opportunity to bring customers and suppliers together. It’s one of the biggest partner events organized by SwissCham Hong Kong and SwissCham Guangzhou and a good opportunity to meet people from both chambers as well as the business community in the Pearl River delta.
Date: Friday, March 17th 2017
Location: Phoenix Hills Golf Club, Dongguan
Price per player: RMB 990.- for SwissCham & AustroCham Members
RMB 1,180.- for Non-Members
(incl. Green fee, Dinner, Drinks etc.)
Payments: Cash at the registration desk at the golf club!!!
Arrival time / Registration: 10:30h – 11:00h
Brunch buffet: 11:00h
Group Photo: 11:45h (with all participants)
Course: B & C course will be played
Tee off ceremony: 12:00h (hole 1)
Shot gun start: 1st flight Tee 1, 2nd flight Tee 2, 3rd flight Tee 3 etc.
*2 flights per hole*
*Tee’s: Gents: Blue Ladies: Red
Dinner & Award ceremony ~18:30 in the club house. Awards for best net score, best gross score, longest drive, longest put, etc.
Official end & bus back to HK: ~20:30h
