The Board of Directors would like to cordially invite you to attend the Regional & National General Assembly 2017. It is our pleasure to welcome our members, applicants and spouses or partners to this important event. As the business year is coming to its end, it is time to review SwissCham Guangzhou and China’s last year performance, decide upon financial matters, elect the new Regional and National Board members and to agree on the program for 2017/18.

As usual, the General Assembly is not only about formalities and business, but also an excellent time to gather with friends and enjoy a delicious dinner.

Applications of any kind concerning the agenda or/and other items must be lodged in written form with the President of the Board of Directors no later than 5 days before the General Assembly.

Please note that your voting rights are subject to two requirements:

• You are a confirmed member of SwissCham China and its respective Chapters with voting rights and
• You have paid your 2016 membership fee before the General and National General Assembly 2017
