Joint Chamber Business English Course – Intermediate Level (31st August – 9th November)

This Intermediate level class, offered by our member, Hong Kong Institute of Languages, is ideal for professional people who are looking to improve and effectively use Business English at work.

Participants will be able to practice Meetings, Presentations, Negotiations and Social Business situations in a task based learning environment.

Role-plays and case studies bring the real world of business into the classroom and motivate students with an interest in business. Class will start on Thursday, 31 August, 7 pm

This event is co-organised with the German Chamber of Commerce.

Fee:       HK$ 3500 per person for SwissCham members

HK$ 3850 per person for Non SwissCham members

20-hour package, 10 sessions,

OBJECTIVE:

To develop business English speaking skills while discussing stimulating topics and case studies.

SKILLS GOALS:

• Describing company organizations
• Structuring a presentation

• Develop listening skills by hearing interviews with business executives
