Connecting to 22 major cities at the center of the Yangtze River Delta Region, Shanghai Jinshan Industrial Park (JIP) is the advanced manufacturing base on the northern shore of Hangzhou Bay. JIP currently focuses on five industrial clusters: The Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Cluster, Life & Health Industrial Cluster, The Next Generation of Information Technology Industrial Cluster, Cultural & Creative Industrial Cluster, and New Materials Industrial Cluster. Both Siemens Circuit Protection Systems and Riello Heating Equipment are settled in this Industrial Zone. During the tour to the industrial zone and these two companies, the speakers will share their insights and experience about intelligent manufacturing and guide us explore the sites.

About the Speakers

	Mr. Huang Tao DGM Shanghai New Jinshan Industrial Investment & Development Co., Ltd. The state-owned company is the developer, maintainer and regulator of our 58 km²footprint Industrial Zone. Shanghai Jinshan Industrial Zone manages and supports over 3,000 clients, including private companies, JVs and various foreign companies. New Jinshan is responsible for all aspects of municipal level industrial zone in Shanghai, from park planning to enforcement. Mr. Huang has over 10 years of experience supporting the growth of enterprises at difference stage from incubator to SME to Fortune 500 through the perspectives of government support, market information sharing, utilization of incentive policies, etc.
	Yavor Nikolov General Manager Siemens Circuit Protection Systems Yavor is originally from Sofia, Bulgaria. He started working at Siemens after completing his M.Sc. in International Business Administration in Germany and the USA. He was a strategy consultant for Siemens’ top management in Germany and Factory Chief Financial Officer in Mexico. Since 2016, he is General Manager of a joint venture between Siemens and Shanghai Electric Company with more than 900 employees, manufacturing and developing low voltage protection products for the global market.
	Mr. Fausto Dalle Mese General Manager & Board Member Riello Heating Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd Riello Heating Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd was launched in 2008 at Jinshan Industrial Zone. Our main products is burner and boiler. it nearly occupies 25% of burner market share in China. Mr. Fausto has been the General Manager and Board Member of Riello Heating Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd since 10 years ago. He is proficient in production and technology, adhering to the philosophy of integrity management, improving environment and sustainable development. Mr. Fausto is leading all staff in Riello Shanghai factory and gaining remarkable achievements. He showed excellent model as the contributions for Shanghai city development and won the Shanghai Magnolia Award in 2018.
