Dear Members and Friends of SwissCham,

SwissCham Shanghai would like to invite you joining us for a special event for International Women’s Day at the German Centre Shanghai. Our speakers will be sharing some of their experiences as women in their work space and some practical tips and tricks on improving our communication with our colleagues. Additionally you will be able to enjoy a delicious breakfast while getting to know other each other and celebrating International Women’s Day together.

Ms. Magali Menant – Co-Founder and Managing Partner, CONSTELLATIONS International

Magali has been working in China since 2001 with a strong focus on Sino-European/ German cooperation on sustainability and urbanization issues. Magali has a solid understanding of current sustainability issues linked to rapid urbanization in China and has extensive experience in marketing, public-private partnership building and strategic network development. She co-owns CONSTELLATIONS since 2012.

Ms. Laura Mitchelson – Managing Director, Asia-Pacific ICUnet Intercultural Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
Laura designs solutions for large and medium sized companies that are globalizing. Her previous work with government, corporations, small business, and charities helps her provide a wide-range of approaches and solutions. In all her previous roles, she has been involved in improving the efficiencies of multinational organizations, deepening mutual understanding of communication practices and developing teams in China. In the training space, she makes sessions interactive, positive and effective in the long-term, which means everyone gets involved.

Dr. Claudia Suessmuth Dyckerhoff – Member of the Board of Directors, Roche

After graduating with a Ph.D from St. Gallen University, Claudia worked over 15 years for McKinsey & Company. In 2016 she was elected onto the Board of Directors of Roche.
