With nearly 20 years of experience working with major brands including Campbell’s, PepsiCo, Arla, VitaCoco, Goodman Fielder, Pizza Hut, Unilever, US Dairy, and Mars Wrigley.
Jerry Clode, Head of Digital & Social Insight, Resonance
Jerry leads social and digital insight at Resonance. First arriving in China in 1994, he is considered an expert in Chinese consumer culture. At Resonance, Jerry has developed SMART, a specific methodology to understand how Chinese digital behaviour is evolving. His current international clients include Tiffany, H&M, Singapore Airlines, Shell and Bose
Olivia Plotnick, Global Marketing Manager, Brandigo
Olivia is the Global Marketing Manager for Brandigo, a brand and communications agency helping international companies adjust their brand and digital strategy for the China market. Olivia is also on the Board of IPWS – International Professional Women’s Society as the Marketing and Communications Executive and is the Brand and Communications Manager for FitFam, a free fitness community.
