Social Media/Event Assistant (100%)

Location: Beijing
Duration: 4~6 months
Start: August 5th, 2019 (or as agreed)

Job Description:

• Support on a Sino-Swiss project.
• Make phone calls to ask specific information.
• Handle incoming and outgoing e-mails, mail.
• Database support: responsible for following up on information submitted by new and existing members, updating and correcting database
• Additional tasks upon demand.
• Possibility of working on projects at the Embassy of Switzerland.

Essential Skills Requirements:

• Chinese citizen.
• Any background welcome, students preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good oral and written English (Additional language such as German or/and French is an advantage but not mandatory)
• Strong IT skills required (Proficiency in MS Office Minimum and Excel particularly).
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Ability to search for information.

• Development of Social Media Marketing Strategy
• Mapping of all relevant platforms and channels for further Marketing activities
• Creation of company accounts on sourced platforms and design of corporate pages according to CI/CD
• Creation and maintenance of compelling content
• Post to social media platforms across multiple site properties and social media calendar creation.
• Create SOPs and similar process guides
• Development of marketing reports
• Responsibilities relate to supporting the planning and development of marketing on an overarching scale
• Conduct primary and secondary research to capture market trends and dimension the competitive landscape
• Learn marketing best practices and strategies and assist in developing strategies for the target segments
• Manage own predefined Marketing budget within scope of Internship
