In accordance with its Bylaws, SwissCham Southwest China’s Board of Directors shall consist of not more than ten members and shall be composed of a President, a Vice-President, a Treasurer, a Honorary Board Member representing a Swiss public authority, and ordinary Board Members.

The current Board Members were elected on Friday, 10 March 2023, and serve a one-year term.
