China and Switzerland’s Foreign Ministries Political Consultations

On 12th July 2012, Vice Foreign Minister Song Tao and Secretary of State at the Swiss Foreign Ministry Yves Rossier held political consultations between the two Foreign Ministries in Beijing.
Song made positive comments on China-Switzerland relations, saying that the Chinese government regards Switzerland as an important partner in Europe and is willing to work with the Swiss side to further enhance mutual understanding, respect each other’s core interests and major concerns and expand pragmatic cooperation.
