Alfonso Troisi, an Italian citizen, is the Business Executive Officer of Nespresso Greater China, based in Shanghai, where he moved back in June 2013. Alfonso is also the President of SwissCham Shanghai. Prior to Nespresso, Alfonso was Head of Marketing for Metro Cash & Carry Asia, based in Singapore, where he developed and rolled-out a new customer strategy for the Retail and Wholesale business, covering countries such as Japan, India and Vietnam. Alfonso had previously spent 6 years in Shanghai with Diageo and Belvedere, developing a wide portfolio of internationally recognized wines and spirits brands and 1 year with Nestle in Beijing, turning the local business around. Alfonso early career was in Europe, where he held several local and international commercial leadership and project management roles, based in countries such as Italy, France, Spain and the UK. Alfonso speaks fluently 5 languages and holds a BA Degree from Bocconi University in Milan and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne.
Managing Director of V-ZUG Greater China
Jennifer is the Managing Director of V-ZUG Greater China from the end of 2018, based in Shanghai. Before Jennifer joined V-ZUG, she managed Miele China for around 10 years and built the business from ground zero to a well-reputed brand in the industry. She has around 25 years successful International experience including six years in UK and Europe and is experienced in; General Management, Sales & Marketing in the Premium Product Sector. She has strong experience in building multicultural teams and leading by vision/role modelling. Jennifer forges commitment and reaches the team’s potential by developing an environment of trust, support and care.
Jennifer strongly believes in The Learning Organization, she translated and participated in the publication of the Chinese version of “The Dance of Change” by Peter Senge and The Learning Organization fables. Jennifer researched and developed “The Learning Lab” comprising, books, video presentations, learning materials which, has now been used to facilitate the implementation of Learning Organisation methodologies in over 120 companies in China.
Head of HR at Buhler Group ASA
Conny has worked for Buhler for 18 years and her role and responsibilities have been focused on the Human Resource Management over the past 10 years for Buhler’s operation in Asia Pacific with a clear focus on China that covers 9 major operation sites and 3000+ employees.
Her responsibilities include supporting the ambitious business development plan of Buhler in the region in the following three HR aspects: Culture, organization and people.
HR Head at CBC Group
Lily is the head of CBC Executive Search, which belongs to the CBC Group. Lily oversees a team of professional HR consultants that help foreign companies recruit key local and international personnel in the Chinese market, mostly with technical background. She also serves as HR consultant for foreign companies and their HR departments. Lily joined CBC in 1995 when the company was set up in Shanghai.
Head of HR at Oerlikon Metco Surface Technology (Shanghai)
Lindy has over 20 years of experience in various business roles including HR, working for BP and Air Liquide before joining Oerlikon Metco as Area HR Head for North East Asia. Lindy is in charge of the planning and execution of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall Oerlikon business strategy in NEA, and she is driving the organization’s development and people development projects in the company.

Ms. Malisa Yung is currently the HR Director of Richemont China, covering 15 luxury brands in the China Market. Ms. Yung has been working at Richemont for 9 years with in-depth and wide experiences in luxury retail field and she is a certified Global Remuneration Professional (GRP). Ms. Yung has more than 25 years of professional work experience, beginning as an External Auditor at Ernst & Young in Hong Kong, one of the world’s Big 4 CPA firms. In order to follow her inner passions and aspirations, Ms. Yung relocated to Shanghai to pursue challenging new opportunities and refocused her career toward Human Resources, where she has flourished since. She has since directed countless major HR functions as well as taken on key executive HR Management roles in various companies within different industries; including roles at the aforementioned, Ernst & Young, as well as in the banking industry at Standard Chartered Bank. In addition, Ms. Yung successfully lead and delivered projects related to HR transformation, M&A, Integration, Strategic Talent Initiatives, Digital HR Excellence and Start Up initiatives in her professional career.
