2-Day Training Program:

DIGITALIZATION – WE ARE IN!

August 30 – 31, 2017 Wednesday – Thursday
2017年8月30-31日 星期三,星期四
09:00-17:00
@Staufen Shanghai Office

Dear Members and Friends of SwissCham,

Digitalization has reached numerous areas of daily life – likewise in the industrial environment. No matter whether one is supporter or opponent of this trend, it would be a tremendous risk to ignore current developments. If implemented and applied in a smart way, Digitalization provides significant potentials: working more efficiently, launching innovative data-based products and services that sustainably differentiate you from your competitors and allow developing entirely new business models. The minimum requirement of each and every company is to at least carefully investigate and evaluate opportunities offered by Digitalization – because your competitors surely will.

This workshop is designed for medium-sized companies as well as large organizations aiming to take action on Digitalization.

The goal is to support participants in grasping the concepts of Digitalization and identifying suitable fields of action.

Benefit for your business:

  • Understanding Digitalization and Industry 4.0 on a wider scope
  • Identifying and evaluating opportunities of Digitalization for your business
  • Awareness of challenges on the way towards Digitalization – and of the risks if you choose to refrain from Digitalization
  • Identifying your next Digitalization project

Target Group:
CEOs, Technical Managers, Development Managers, Sales Managers, Product Managers, IT Managers

Best regards,

Your SwissCham Team

[ TRAINING] INDUSTRY 4.0 SOLUTIONS AND IMPLEMENTATION APPROACH

1-Day Training Program:

Industry 4.0 Solutions and Implementation Approach

Monday, September 10th, 2018
2018年09月10日 星期一
09:00-17:00
@Staufen Shanghai Office

Dear Members and Friends of SwissCham,

Industry 4.0 and Digitalization in general is doubtlessly connected with fancy technology: from automation technology over sensors and actuators to software solutions. The variety of so called “smart” solutions is enormous, but their benefits are not always as promised. On the other hand, there are rather simple and small solutions that are not that visible on the shop floor but make a significant impact on your operations. Decisions on what to do are hard and the pressure of doing something is high since not going forward means going backwards.

Benefit for your business:
This workshop is designed for companies which want to bring Industry 4.0 alive in their operations quickly and efficiently. Therefore, the goal Is to provide a wide but also detailed set of current solutions on the market and enable participants to differentiate between beneficial ones and the ones that look just fancy but instead have smaller impact.

Target Group:
Factory and operations managers, production managers, production planning, logistics, lean / continuous improvement departments

Best regards,

Your SwissCham Team
