ABB Kicks off Second University Innovation Contest – Innovation Powers the Future

ABB unveiled the second university innovation contest, under the theme of “Innovation Powers the Future.” This contest will invite participants to make bold and creative designs for cutting-edge research topics in the fields of power and automation, aiming to inspire the innovative spirit of university students and to provide a platform for participants to exchange ideas with industry experts. The contest covers three conceptual topics: direct current grid, robotic automation, and industrial application of smartphones. University students from Greater China, including students pursuing their graduate, postgraduate or doctoral degrees, are eligible to participate. This is the first time for the contest to cover areas outside Mainland China.
