Digitalization. A megatrend that no company can ignore! At the same time, however, its
nature is not immediately apparent to many corporate executives. Opportunities and
challenges often remain diffuse, yet buzzwords dominate communication. Specific first steps

About the Trainer 讲师介绍 : 於禹佳

Yujia Yu worked for more than 12 years in hightech, F&B, automotive and machinery industries and have rich experience in engineering, consulting and sales, focusing in the area of manufacturing automation and related IT systems, including factory automation (material handling and transportation), automation integration (planning, control and dispatching) and MES/PLM/WMS/ERP/LIMS/APS system. In recent years his work focus has been on Smart Factory planning, smart logistics and IoT. He made achievements in different realms, like Smart service software solution for a solar OEM, cloud-based food safety software, RFID based goods receiving, and NFC based food supply chain compliance management, smart textile machinery factory, turnkey line MES strategy for pharm equipment OEM, digitalization of F&B lab, invisible ink based food supply chain traceability solution, industrial pump factory digitalization strategy, smart logistics planning of consolidation center for a tier-1 automotive brand,R&D department digitalization transformation solution planning for an aviation MRO company, digital operation evaluation system for component supplier, powertrain company digital operation evaluation system analysis.
