随着中国人口红利的消失,用工形式的规范,企业的产品、资金和劳动力市场竞争日趋激励,企业人力成本压力越来越大。随着全球经济一体化的背景,中国企业要寻求生存和发展的空间,对人力资源从业者的要求将会越来越高,中国大部分企业中传统粗放式的人事管理已经无法满足市场的要求。未来企业人力资源管理的基本要求将是以成本控制为基础,以经营结果为导向 ,以价值创造为目标。如何有效筹划和控制企业人力成本呢?本次课程将和您分享如何通过有效的人力资源数据,分析企业人力成本的合理性,如何通过人力成本总额控制确保组织绩效的达成,如何降低无效成本和固定成本,提升人力资源效率,从而既开源又节流。

With the disappearance of China’s demographic dividend, the standardization of employment forms, competition in product, capital and labor markets of enterprises are becoming more and more exciting, and the pressure on enterprise labor costs is increasing. With the background of global economic integration, Chinese companies have to seek space for survival and development. The requirements on human resources practitioners will become higher and higher. Traditional and extensive personnel management in most Chinese companies has been unable to meet market requirements. The basic requirements for human resource management in the future will be based on cost control, oriented by operating results, and targeted at value creation. How to effectively plan and control the labor costs of enterprises? This course will share with you how to analyze the rationality of corporate human costs through effective human resource data, how to ensure the achievement of organizational performance through total human cost control, how to reduce invalid costs and fixed costs, and improve human resource efficiency, thus both increase income and reduce expenditures.

案例分享:通过某一岗位的投入产出比,导出人力成本的核算方法及正确思维模式。
1.标准分类法:获得成本、开发成本、使用成本、保障成本、离职成本
2.按预算内容法:工资性的支出、福利性的支出、人事费用
3.按管控要求分:固定成本VS变动成本;有效成本VS无效成本
4.人力成本分析指标介绍

Part I: How to budget and control labor costs

  1. Analysis of labor cost composition

Case sharing: Through the input-output ratio of a certain position, the accounting method and correct thinking mode of human cost are derived.

  1. Standard classification: acquisition cost, development cost, use cost, guarantee cost, turnover cost
  2. Classified by budget: salary expenditures, welfare expenditures, personnel costs
