What is the meaning of [CN], [en], etc.?

Links and publications names are followed by expressions between square brackets.

For example:

The capital font indicates the country/region of origin of the website or of the publication:

The small font indicates the language of the website or publication:

French [fr]

Why CH? CH stands for Confoederatio Helvetica, meaning Swiss Confederation, the old Latin name for Switzerland. S is the official short name for Sweden and SW for Swaziland, so CH goes for Switzerland.
